Nothing is shipped

lang-lang is a digital service. There is no physical product, nothing is posted or couriered to you, and there are no delivery charges or delivery times.

Access is immediate

Access is granted as soon as your payment is confirmed. You do not wait for anything to arrive; the paid levels open in the app you are already using.

If access does not appear

If your payment went through and the app still shows the paid levels as locked, contact us and we will put it right. Do not pay a second time.
